Plot

Dr. Reinhard Nagl prefers the solitude of his opulent Austrian castle, avoiding the outside world as he nears his 70th birthday. However, his enthusiastic childhood friend, Lorenz Zweig, shakes things up by bringing joy and laughter back into his life. Zweig encourages the castle staff to explore romance and plots to rekindle Nagl’s relationship with his first love, Magdalena. As the festivities unfold, it becomes a race against time for Nagl to embrace life and love before it’s too late. Will he seize the opportunity for happiness, or remain trapped in his self-imposed isolation?
