Plot

Flighty nurse Izumi Asakura dreams of a romantic honeymoon in a tropical paradise, but her ambitions clash with her husband, a dedicated doctor focused on his career. Meanwhile, the atmosphere at Wakabakai General Hospital becomes increasingly oppressive under a strict new chief nurse enforcing rigid protocols. Chaos ensues when Saruwatari, a hypochondriac seeking attention from nurse Shoko Ozaki, is forcibly removed but returns armed, taking staff hostage. As police surround the hospital, Shoko struggles to return, while the seemingly unfazed hostages complicate the authorities' response to the crisis.
