Plot

Max, a successful cinematographer from New York, grapples with loneliness and a jaded view of love and emotions. His mundane existence shifts when Peter, a childhood friend, reaches out with an intriguing proposition. Peter invites Max to Hudiksvall, a quaint Swedish town, to assist in creating a film centered around his daughter’s group of friends. As Max immerses himself in this project, he begins to confront his beliefs about relationships and the significance of friendship, ultimately finding connections he never anticipated.
