Plot

Yanny (Charlene Choi) escapes a troubled romance in Hong Kong and travels to San Jose to reconnect with her long-lost friend Ling (Sammi Cheng). Initially, Ling and her husband Tang (Tong Dawei) appear to enjoy a perfect, carefree life. However, as Yanny spends just five days with them, she unravels dark secrets lurking beneath their seemingly idyllic surface. These revelations lead all three friends down a dangerous path, threatening not only their American dreams but also their very lives, as hidden truths come to light with devastating consequences.
