Plot
Two guys both named Frank grab the wrong suitcase at the airport and end up with evidence that could bring down a mob boss. He dispatches a ruthless, unstoppable enforcer to track them down. To survive, the Franks go undercover as makeup artists for a beauty pageant. While disguised in drag, the mob boss himself shows up and falls head over heels for one of the Franks, complicating everything.
