Plot

Cryptozoologist Dr. Peña is eager to secure his place in the scientific world by capturing the elusive Chupacabra on a secluded Caribbean island. However, his plans go awry when he secretly brings the creature aboard the Regent Queen cruise ship, helmed by Captain Randolph.
