Plot

Colonel Steve Austin's attempt to access a safe belonging to arms dealer Arlen Findletter doesn't go as planned, leading him to take a vacation in the Bahamas. While there, he encounters Soviet Agent Alexi Kaslov and his beautiful partner, Katrina Volana, who are also on a quest to track down Findletter. Is it mere chance that they cross paths, or is Steve's getaway actually linked to one of Oscar Goldman's covert operations?
