Plot

Comedian Sal Howard faces a major dilemma: his wife, scientist Dr. Dana Howard, is adamant about not having children. In a desperate attempt to salvage their marriage, Sal concocts a scheme to convince Dana that he has transformed into a real baby, hoping to demonstrate the joys of parenthood. Surprisingly, his ruse initially succeeds. However, things take a wild turn when Dana creates a hormonal serum that permanently converts Sal into an adult baby. Manbaby hilariously explores the complexities of maturity and the unexpected twists of love and commitment.
