Plot

Set in 1977, Steel City is plagued by organized crime and the emergence of a potent synthetic drug called "Voodoo Blue." When a drug sting is compromised, Detective Cal Beefer pays the ultimate price, despite the efforts of his seasoned colleague, Solomon Link. In the aftermath, Cal’s brother, Chuck, a former cop himself, arrives to investigate the leak and track down the elusive drug dealer, Afro Steele. As Chuck navigates the city's treacherous underbelly, he faces karate assassins, ruthless drug lords, and a dangerous group known as the "Sisters of Sin."
