Plot
Tommy Gibbs, a gritty youth from the ghetto, dreams of becoming a powerful crime lord. His journey begins with a brutal encounter; a corrupt cop shatters his leg during a botched pay-off. Fueled by a thirst for revenge, Tommy ascends to prominence in Harlem's underworld. Frustrated by the systemic racism that permeates both criminal and legitimate worlds, he believes that seizing power is the key to overcoming his fury and achieving respect.
