Plot
Set against the vibrant backdrop of 1950s Coney Island, lives collide in unexpected ways. Ginny, a temperamental ex-actress turned waitress, grapples with her tumultuous emotions. Her husband, Humpty, a rugged carousel operator, struggles with his own demons. Enter Mickey, a charming lifeguard with aspirations of becoming a playwright, who finds himself drawn to Ginny. Complicating matters, Carolina, Humpty’s estranged daughter, seeks refuge from gangsters in her father's cramped apartment. As their intertwined stories unfold, the characters must confront their desires and the harsh realities of life.
