Plot
On a fateful Halloween, young Eddie Burber commits a horrific act at his family's haunted attraction, resulting in the death of a little girl. Traumatized, he is hidden away by his mother in a secluded cabin for two decades. Fast forward to the present, the Sigma Phi fraternity at Tophill State College is looking to fund their activities and seizes the chance to host a Halloween fundraiser at the long-abandoned Burber house. Unbeknownst to them, Eddie has returned, ready to reclaim his childhood home and turn their festive plans into a deadly nightmare with his own sinister agenda.
