Plot

Buzzy Bellew, a lively nightclub performer, inadvertently witnesses a murder carried out by the notorious gangster Ten Grand Jackson. After Buzzy is killed by Jackson's henchmen and disposed of in Brooklyn's Prospect Park lake, he returns as a ghost. In his spectral form, he enlists the help of his introverted twin brother, Edwin Dingle, urging him to assist the police in bringing Jackson to justice. Together, they navigate a comedic and thrilling underworld, blending the supernatural with a quest for vengeance.
