Plot

Ben and Gail, a seemingly perfect urban couple, find their lives unraveling due to complacency and poor financial choices, leaving them estranged and nearly bankrupt. When they dismiss their teenage daughter’s Mexican nanny, Margarita, due to their mounting financial pressures, they inadvertently trigger a series of events that threaten her future, culminating in her deportation.
