Plot

Kaoruko and Kazumasa Harima are a fractured couple on the brink of divorce as their daughter, Mizuho, approaches elementary school. Their lives shatter when Mizuho suffers a near-drowning incident, slipping into a coma. Doctors deliver the heartbreaking diagnosis: she is brain dead with no chance of revival. Faced with an agonizing decision, the couple must choose between organ donation for those in need or enduring the painful wait until Mizuho's heart ceases to beat.
