Plot

Set in early '90s Kabul, a vibrant yet tumultuous era, the story follows 14-year-old Qodrat, who navigates life selling cinema tickets on the black market. His world takes a turn when he inadvertently sells a ticket to a secret police officer, leading him to a Soviet orphanage. There, he assumes a false identity, hoping to gain influence. Amidst friendships, first loves, and youthful escapades, the orphanage becomes a refuge. Yet, as the Mujahideen initiate civil war, the stability of their once familiar lives begins to unravel, revealing the harsh realities outside their sheltered existence.
