Plot

Blood Road chronicles the remarkable expedition of ultra-endurance mountain biker Rebecca Rusch and her Vietnamese companion, Huyen Nguyen, as they traverse 1,200 miles along the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail. Navigating the lush landscapes of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, their mission is deeply personal: to arrive at the location where Rebecca’s father, a U.S. Air Force pilot, was downed over four decades ago. This poignant journey intertwines themes of adventure, memory, and reconciliation as they honor a past marked by conflict and seek closure amidst breathtaking scenery.
