Plot
A small town's peace is shattered as sheriff Tod Shaw pursues widow Ellen Benson, a pacifist who detests firearms. Their idyllic life is disrupted when the U.S. President's visit attracts danger. Unbeknownst to the townsfolk, deranged hitman John Baron targets the Bensons, seeing their home as the perfect trap for an assassination attempt. As chaos unfolds, Ellen's beliefs are put to the test, forcing her to confront the violent reality that threatens her and those she cares about. The calm of their community is at stake, and choices must be made in the face of impending danger.
