Plot
Comisarul Moldovan endures years as a political prisoner under a harsh communist regime following WWII, where he faces the deadly whims of a Russian Colonel who relishes in forcing inmates to play Russian Roulette. Moldovan's resilience and sheer luck see him through this harrowing chapter of his life. Once released, he enters the dark underbelly of an illegal Russian Roulette circuit. In a Central European town during the late '70s, he reunites with old acquaintance Goldberg, who has devised a lethal twist to the game, drawing familiar faces from Bucharest's shadowy past into a deadly reunion.
