Plot

During a sweltering summer at the dawn of the new millennium, just before the financial turmoil of 2001, a close-knit group of teenage girls becomes infatuated with a boy named Diego. Their crush takes a turn when Diego begins spending time with Silvia, a woman in her thirties whom he connected with online. In response to this heartbreak, Natalia, one of the girls, seeks the wisdom of her grandmother Rita, hoping to overcome her feelings of disappointment by tapping into an ancient dark magic.
