Plot
A prison bus crashes into Dr. Douglas Madsen's car, resulting in the death of most inmates, while four escape, one gravely injured. They take Madsen hostage and flee into the wilderness. In a startling twist, they stumble upon an isolated house. Arthur, the group's leader, threatens to kill Madsen and his family if his injured brother doesn’t survive. Tensions rise as the family's peculiar dynamics emerge, leading to chaos and violence. As loyalties are tested, the situation spirals out of control, leaving everyone’s fate hanging in the balance.
