Lonnie Franklin Jr.'s arrest in 2010 for the murders of several young black women marked a significant breakthrough for law enforcement in South Central Los Angeles, concluding two decades of probing. However, in 2014, documentary filmmaker Nick Broomfield ventured into Franklin's community to explore the complexities surrounding the case and its implications.
