Plot
Nicole, struggling with unemployment and overdue rent, devises a scheme to secure a wealthy husband. With her friend Gloria and the hotel maitre'd by her side, they set out to attract the attention of millionaire Bill Duncan, who is staying at a luxurious New York City hotel. Their plan succeeds as Bill and Gloria swiftly become engaged. However, Jim Trevor, Bill's friend, has crossed paths with Nicole before and suspects her true intentions, threatening to unravel her carefully laid plans. As tensions rise, Nicole's aspirations collide with unexpected obstacles.
