Plot

Jamario, Jaquan, Jailen, and Teague are dedicated members of the J.O. Johnson High School wrestling team in Huntsville, Alabama. Under the guidance of their enthusiastic coach, they strive to secure a spot at the State Championships. However, the challenges they face off the mat—such as emotional turmoil, racial profiling, and teenage pregnancy—threaten to derail their aspirations. As they grapple with these intense pressures, their bond as teammates becomes crucial in navigating the complexities of adolescence and resilience.
