Plot

After winning the 1984 Best New Artist Award for a forgotten hit, The Electrifiers have struggled to break into the mainstream for three decades. Now, they find themselves performing at nursing homes and budget B&Bs, while their lead singer clings to his youthful rock star dreams. As frustration mounts among the band members, an unexpected chance arises that could finally catapult them to stardom. Will this newfound opportunity allow them to reclaim their glory, or will they remain stuck in the shadows of their past?
