Plot

Maria Angeles, a 79-year-old Spanish woman, has settled into a comfortable life in Tangier, Morocco. Her peaceful existence is disrupted when her daughter comes from Madrid with plans to sell the apartment that has been her lifelong home. Refusing to let go, Maria fights to reclaim her space and possessions, and in the process, she unexpectedly rekindles feelings of love and sensuality.
