Plot

Billy Duncan, a carefree teenager, stumbles upon a mysterious laser gun in the California desert. Unbeknownst to him, the weapon is a powerful artifact sought after by two extraterrestrial beings who have just eliminated its former wielder. As Billy grapples with his newfound power, he becomes embroiled in a deadly game of cat and mouse, trying to evade the relentless aliens.
