Plot

In a unique blend of silent and narrated storytelling, CALL OF THE VOID follows a man called The Painter as he descends into the depths of opium addiction. His once vibrant life becomes a monotonous nightmare as he hears echoes of both his past and future. As confusion engulfs him, he encounters a sinister presence referred to as The Void, representing the impending death lurking within his soul. Drawing inspiration from classic cinema and German Expressionism, Call of the Void offers a profound exploration of the inner darkness we confront and the profound loneliness that arises when our inner light fades away.
