Plot
After New York City cops thwart a major cocaine transaction, local mobster John Falcone finds himself in the spotlight, fielding tough questions from the press. To manage his tarnished image, he recruits Todd Barrett, manipulating him with a steady supply of cocaine. As Falcone's brutal tactics draw the ire of mob boss Don Ricci, tensions escalate, threatening an all-out gang war.
