Cheetah (1989)

Plot

Two American siblings, on a six-month adventure in Kenya with their scientist parents, form a bond with a young cheetah. They soon understand the importance of letting it go to learn survival skills. Trouble arises when poachers capture the cheetah with plans to exploit it in races against greyhounds. Determined to save their friend, the children team up with a local goat herder they met during their stay. Together, they embark on a daring journey into the wild, facing challenges to rescue the cheetah and restore its freedom.
