All's Fair at the Fair (1947)

Plot

Bluto, the audacious hot air balloonist, captivates Olive at a bustling carnival, much to Popeye's dismay. As Bluto repeatedly embarrasses Popeye, he triumphs at a ring toss and whisks Olive away in his balloon. However, his advances become inappropriate, prompting a heroic intervention from Popeye, who uses fireworks to save the day. Tensions escalate when the balloon overheats, placing Olive in peril, forcing Popeye to act quickly to ensure her safety and thwart Bluto's advances. The carnival setting adds a whimsical backdrop to this classic showdown of love and rivalry.
