Plot

An ex-cop, now a bounty hunter, arrives in a quiet town on the trail of a bail-jumper. Beneath the surface of his mission lies a more personal quest: avenging his murdered friend, an Indigenous man wronged by the corrupt local sheriff. The sheriff is scheming to pressure the local tribes into selling their land for a pittance, eager for the lucrative oil reserves believed to be beneath it. As tensions rise, the bounty hunter must confront both his past and the injustices faced by the community.
