Frontline - Yokohama Bay (2025)

Plot

In February 2020, a luxury cruise ship with 3,700 passengers docks at Yokohama Port. Trouble arises when a passenger who had disembarked in Hong Kong tests positive for the new coronavirus, leading to a rapid spread of the virus among those onboard. Over 100 passengers report symptoms, prompting the call for the Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT) to intervene. Although DMAT specializes in responding to natural disasters, they lack experience with viral outbreaks. Led by Hideharu Yuki and government official Nobutaka Tatematsu, they manage the crisis from headquarters. Doctor Yukiyoshi Sendo and DMAT member Haruto Sanada prepare to board the ship to tackle the unfolding emergency.
