Plot

In Troy, NY, two women share the same name, Helen, yet lead strikingly different lives. The elder Helen, in her 60s, is a devoted wife who nurtures a remarkably realistic baby doll as if it were her own child. Meanwhile, the younger Helen, in her 30s, is an accomplished artist expecting her first child. A mysterious explosion from the sky shatters the tranquility of their town, triggering a series of strange and inexplicable occurrences that intertwine their fates and challenge their perceptions of reality.
