Plot

Mr. Wong appears to be an unassuming shopkeeper in Chinatown, but his true nature emerges as he hunts for the Twelve Coins of Confucius, which will grant him power over the Chinese province of Keelat. As he eliminates anyone in his way, he collects 11 of the coins, leaving a trail of chaos in his wake. Reporter Jason Barton and his girlfriend, Peg, are determined to uncover the truth and track him down. However, their investigation leads them into grave danger when they inadvertently discover Wong's lair.
