Plot

A salaryman witnesses a brutal murder in the subway, setting off a deadly chase with the killer, who is part of a radical group known as The Engineers. Their mission: to combat Japan's overpopulation crisis. Reluctantly drawn into their dark ideology, the man struggles against a terrifying transformation that awakens violent urges within him.
