Plot

Kamla, a devoted psychiatrist in her 40s, faces societal pressure as an unmarried woman living with her aging father. Despite her aunt Ansaf's attempts to introduce suitors, Kamla finds love with Youssif, a charismatic writer advocating for love and women's rights. Meanwhile, she takes on a new patient, Asmaa, a struggling prostitute battling severe depression. As Kamla connects with Asmaa, she discovers shared experiences that blur professional boundaries. However, her emotional involvement with the patient leads to turmoil in her own life, challenging her dedication to both her career and personal happiness.
