Plot

Set in 2028, the world grapples with antibiotic resistance, leading to the rise of Lifeline, a corporation offering a revolutionary health chip free through the NHS. While the basic chip combats some ailments, an upgrade promises enhanced protection but comes at a dire cost—someone must die for the power transfer. As random deaths occur, Lifeline prepares to unveil a lucrative second upgrade, backed by powerful ministers. Haunted by the loss of his wife and daughter to this system, Daniel Avery embarks on a quest for the truth, joining forces with a rebel group to expose the corporate greed and corruption at the highest levels.
