Plot

Reed Rodney, a once-celebrated novelist, is isolated in his mountain retreat, recuperating from jaw surgery that leaves him mute. His solitude is disrupted by an unexpected visit from Emmy, his estranged daughter. As they reconnect, a dangerous family secret emerges, threatening their lives and forcing them to confront their past. Together, they must navigate a treacherous path of survival, pushing the boundaries of their relationship while seeking redemption in the face of adversity.
