Plot
A father and his autistic daughter, along with three strangers, step out of a hospital elevator only to discover that they are ensnared in a nightmarish realm. The once-familiar surroundings of the hospital transform into a sinister labyrinth filled with terrifying creatures. As they navigate this hellish environment, the group must confront their fears and work together to escape the clutches of the malevolent forces lurking in the shadows. With time running out, they must find a way to survive the horrors that await them.
