Plot

Blaine Striker, a race-car driver, becomes alarmed when he hears about his brother’s safety at a medical school in St. Heron, where a violent coup led by General Turner threatens chaos. Fearing for the school's destruction, Striker infiltrates the island and is soon captured, subjected to brutal electrotorture. Finding a way to escape, he allies with local counterrevolutionaries to thwart Turner's sinister plan of assembling Russian missiles. As danger escalates, Striker races against time to save his brother and prevent a catastrophic disaster.
