Tiger Claws II (1996)

Plot

Five years after the original, martial arts thriller Tiger Claws II sees the notorious killer Chong freed from prison by henchmen working for crime lord Dai Lo Fu. Transported to San Francisco's Chinatown, he becomes the center of a murder investigation led by NYC cop Tarek Richards, who recognizes the killer's signature claw marks. Seeking assistance, he reaches out to former partner Linda Masterson, now in L.A. However, Chong is merely a pawn in Lo Fu's schemes to access a time portal that could alter history and enable him to wield power over Qing Dynasty China with modern weaponry.
