Plot

Sheila Caan embarks on a perilous trip from Brooklyn to Las Vegas, driven by the mysterious disappearance of her twin sister. Along the way, she encounters a terrifying group of Satan worshipers, leading her into a series of dangerous confrontations and shocking murders.
