Plot

Iwao Shishido celebrates his recent marriage to Irene after spending three million yen on a bridal tour in the Philippines. However, his joy quickly turns to tension when Tsuru, his newly widowed mother, confronts the couple. Angered by her son’s choice to marry a stranger, Tsuru’s disapproval creates an awkward dynamic that tests family bonds. As Iwao navigates the fallout from his impulsive decision, the clash between his new wife and mother reveals deep-seated issues and challenges that must be addressed for harmony to be restored.
