Plot

In London's bustling theater district, street performers scrape by, earning just enough for a modest room. Charles, a dramatic monologue artist, discovers Libby, a young pickpocket with remarkable dancing skills, and incorporates her into his act. Unbeknownst to him, Harley, a theater patron, has been a victim of Libby’s thievery. Captivated by her dance, he invites Libby to an after-party, allowing her to attend solo.
