Plot

The documentary chronicles Yeshi Kassa, the great-granddaughter of Ethiopia's Emperor Haile Selassie, as she embarks on a deeply personal journey to uncover the fate of her family during the 1974 coup. While Yeshi and her older sister were attending a boarding school in Britain, a revolution led to her great-grandfather's overthrow, igniting a series of dangerous events for their parents and siblings. For the first time, the royal family delves into the circumstances surrounding the fall of a 3,000-year-old dynasty and reflects on their extraordinary survival amid such a tumultuous chapter in Ethiopian history.
