Plot
In a high-stakes mission, a collaborative task force made up of the Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Army is established to take down a powerful drug cartel based in South America. Their efforts to penetrate the cartel's heavily fortified mountain stronghold are repeatedly countered by Eric Stoller (Bert Rhine), the cartel's commander, who pilots a formidable Scorpion-attack helicopter. After suffering losses, including downed UH–60 Black Hawks and AH–1 Cobras, the military shifts strategy, deploying the advanced AH–64 Apache attack helicopter, which provides the firepower and agility needed to confront their formidable foe.
