Can You Take It (1934)

Plot

Popeye spots Olive entering the Bruiser Boys Club, where she tends to patients in the hospital ward. The club's slogan, "Can you take it?" dares him to prove his mettle. Under the watchful eye of President Bluto, Popeye faces a series of grueling challenges. Although he performs better than many, he ultimately finds himself hospitalized. Fueled by a can of spinach, he rallies his strength and sets out to confront the club's members, determined to show them what he's truly made of.
