Plot
Inspector Jessica Shepard, newly assigned to homicide, is determined to establish her credibility by tackling a high-profile murder in San Francisco. Her investigation takes a dark turn when she learns the victim was a former lover. As more of Shepard's past flames turn up dead, paranoia seeps into her psyche, leading her to question her own innocence. With her career and sanity on the line, she races against time to uncover the truth, unaware that the greatest danger may come from within herself. Each revelation brings her closer to a shocking conclusion.
