Plot

Hal, portrayed by Robert Davi, once a thriving radio mogul, now faces a steep decline in his fortunes. Seeking to reclaim his former glory, he teams up with a struggling businessman, played by Paul Wilson. Together, they confront a menacing superintendent, Chuck Zito, amid the looming threat of gentrification in the South Bronx. Their fight embodies a larger struggle against the relentless pressures of urban development and the fight for community identity, as they attempt to protect their neighborhood from powerful interests intent on reshaping it.
